In our Mysore-style classes, you’ll move through a set sequence of postures at a pace that feels right for you. On high-energy days, go faster; on tired days, slow it down. This practice is all about self-direction — but with plenty of support!
You’ll receive one-on-one guidance, tailored individually to you as needed or whenever you ask.
Over time, the practice becomes second nature. Something you can count on as your everyday movement routine.
